The agreement between you and VutVPN. Plain language, no traps.
Last updated: 22 July 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VutVPN app and website, operated by Duzano Technology Company Limited ("we", "us"). By installing or using VutVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
VutVPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and routes it through our servers in Australia and Singapore. We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.
When Premium is available, Premium data is unlimited for normal personal use. To keep the service fast for everyone, we apply a fair-use policy: we may limit or throttle accounts that use the service in an extreme or abusive way (for example, continuous high-volume traffic, reselling our bandwidth, or running servers/automated systems through the VPN). We'll always try to contact you before taking action.
You agree not to use VutVPN to:
A VPN protects your privacy — it is not a licence to harm others. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
VutVPN is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where our company is registered, without affecting consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
