1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using VutVPN (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
VutVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) connection based on the WireGuard protocol, encrypting your traffic and protecting your privacy. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws where you live) to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VutVPN to: engage in unlawful activity; attack, intrude upon, or harm other systems; distribute malware or spam; infringe the rights of third parties; or circumvent security measures. You are responsible for all activity arising from your connection.
5. Free and Pro plans
The free plan has limits (for example, a daily usage allowance). You can unlock unlimited Pro in one of two ways: (a) buy a license, or (b) enable the resource-sharing features described in the app. We may change the limits, prices, or conditions of these plans over time.
6. Bandwidth sharing
If you choose to enable bandwidth sharing in exchange for free Pro, you understand and agree that other users' traffic may be routed through your connection and IP address. This may create legal risk or service interruption if abused. The feature is off by default, is only enabled after you confirm you understand the risks, and can be turned off at any time.
7. Advertising
The free version may display ads to sustain the service. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their own policies.
8. Intellectual property
The VutVPN name, logo, and software belong to us. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; you may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software except where the law permits.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. A VPN increases your privacy but does not guarantee absolute anonymity.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VutVPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved before the competent authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
