The short version: we run a VPN, not a data business. We don't log what you do online.
Last updated: 22 July 2026This Privacy Policy explains how VutVPN ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the VutVPN mobile app and website. By using VutVPN you agree to this policy.
VutVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service operated by Duzano Technology Company Limited, a company registered in Vietnam. Our VPN servers are located in Australia and Singapore. You can reach us any time at support@vutvpn.app.
A VPN only works if you can trust it. So we keep this simple:
We do not monitor, record, store or share your online activity. We do not keep logs of the websites or apps you visit, your DNS queries, the content of your traffic, or a history of the IP addresses you connect from.
Because we don't collect this information, we have nothing to hand over, sell, or lose in a breach.
To run the service and, where enabled, show ads or verify subscriptions, a limited amount of data is necessarily involved:
Premium purchase and restore are not currently available on iOS, which will launch as a free app with a daily data allowance. Ads and rewarded bonuses are not enabled in the current iOS version. Android Premium, when available, is purchased and managed through Google Play Billing. We never see or store card or bank details for those purchases — Google handles payment. We receive a purchase token from Google so we can confirm an Android Premium subscription is active.
Ads are not enabled in the current iOS release. On platforms or later versions where the free plan is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, Google may process your device's advertising identifier and related technical data under Google's policies. Where required, we ask for your consent first. The Premium plan, when available, removes ads.
To connect you, the app generates a cryptographic key on your device and sends the public key and selected server to our backend. The service assigns a private IP and maintains the peer mapping needed to operate the VPN connection. For free-plan quota, entitlement and, where enabled, ad-reward controls, the backend also keeps public-key-linked operational records such as aggregate daily data volume, quota and reward state, and applicable subscription status or purchase token. These are operational records and counters, not records of the websites or apps you visit, your DNS queries, or the content of your traffic.
If you email us for support, we keep the information you send so we can reply and provide support. If you sign up to a waitlist, we store your email address and submission time so we can send the notification you requested.
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which may process technical information about visits under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. If you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters, the site also stores those parameters, the landing path, referrer and time in your browser's local storage.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the providers needed to run VutVPN:
Peer mappings are maintained as needed to operate and manage VPN connections. Public-key-linked quota and entitlement records, plus verified ad-reward records where that feature is enabled, are retained as needed to operate, secure and administer the service. Where Android Premium is available, subscription records are kept while the subscription is active and as long as required for tax and accounting law. Support and waitlist records are kept as long as needed to provide the requested support or notification and meet applicable legal requirements. Campaign data stored in your browser remains there until it is cleared by you or your browser.
Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted using the modern WireGuard® protocol. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold.
VutVPN is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you or, where ads are enabled, to withdraw advertising consent. Email support@vutvpn.app and we'll help. Android Premium subscriptions, when available, can be managed in Google Play. Premium purchase and restore are not currently available on iOS. Where an advertising identifier is used, you can reset it in your device settings.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
